Thank you for booking your place on Find Your Fire & Flow. We genuinely can’t wait to welcome you to the Somerset Coast in August.
While you’re here, we wanted to make sure your gifts land with you properly — so you can start whenever feels right.
🎁 Gift 1: The Creative Kickstarts Bundle Three beautifully designed PDF prompt kits — Flora, Geometric, and Animal — with 15 creative prompts each. They’re medium-agnostic, so use whatever you have at home: pencils, paint, collage, clay, anything. There’s no right way in.
🎁 Gift 2: Ruth’s Pre-Retreat Meditation This one is just for you — a short, beautiful practice from Ruth to help you arrive at the weekend open, settled, and ready. You might want to save it for the evening before you travel, or dip into it whenever you need a moment of quiet in the lead-up.
No rush with any of it. There are no instructions beyond enjoy it — that’s rather the point.
We’ll be in touch again before August with everything you need to know about the weekend itself: what to bring, where to go, and what to expect. Until then, the space is yours to look forward to.
