Clay project course

This clay project course is all about taking an initial idea all the way through to a finished piece in clay.

Over 10 weekly zoom sessions we’ll start with finding and choosing your idea/inspiration for the project all the way to making your ‘finished’ piece (which may lead to more 😊). The course concentrates on four stages – Exploring inspiration, Developing an idea, Testing and creating & Making your ‘finished’ piece.  We’ll work through each of these together as a group.

At each session we’ll talk through the next step of the process and make sure everything is on track.  Each week as a group, I’ll answer any questions and provide feedback, suggestions and guidance on progress so far. This will also be further supported with a What’s App group to share progress, ask questions and chat.

The 10 weekly sessions are recorded and shared with all the participants so you can catch up on any missed weeks with ease.

These are at 7pm on Wednesday evenings and they’ll start from the 27th April.

“What I loved about your classes from day one is your relaxed and casual yet thorough approach to teaching someone about working with clay. I think the very supportive and positive environment you’ve created in your classes is an important feature to highlight. I’ve (also) really appreciated your flexibility around the workings of your studio, particularly during the pandemic.”
