Clay making support, wherever you are in the world

Not everyone can make it to my Cambridgeshire studio – but that doesn’t mean you have to make it alone. My Online Membership gives you a friendly clay community, expert guidance when you need it, and a growing library of resources to keep you inspired, all from your own home or studio.

It’s a relaxed, supportive space where you can:

  • Chat with other makers who share your love of clay
  • Explore new techniques with monthly video lessons
  • Ask questions and get answers without trawling through endless YouTube videos
  • Find fresh inspiration for projects and challenges

If you’ve got a big idea and aren’t sure where to start, have hit a tricky problem mid-made, or simply want to feel part of a creative community, this is your place.

What you get as a member

  • Monthly, Clay Chat emails
  • Access to a welcoming WhatsApp group for day-to-day connection
  • A growing video library covering everything from hand-building basics to glaze reviews and project tutorials
  • Monthly technique videos with step-by-step guidance
  • Curated lists of recommended books, tools, and resources

Two ways to join

  • Group Member: Perfect if you want the community, the resources, and regular inspiration
  • Mentor Tier: Everything above, plus 1:1 support, monthly calls, and tailored feedback (see Creative Mentoring)

Wherever you’re starting from, the aim is the same – for you to feel excited about your making, confident in your ideas, and connected to a group of people who ‘get’ your love of clay.
